Chicken with Basil
Ingredients:
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/4 fresh basil
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons fresh garlic
1/4 cup chicken broth or butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Arrange chicken in single layer in baking dish
In a bowl combine yogurt, cornstarch, garlic and basil. Mix well and spread over chicken.
In a small bowl combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese butter or chicken broth. Sprinkle that on top and put into preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes. Take out of oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
