Chewy Brownies
What's not to love about a home-made fresh warm batch of brownies! I love to eat my brownies after they come from the oven and have rested maybe 5 minutes. You can top them with vanilla ice cream, chocolate or caramel syrup, sprinkles, nuts or anything you heart desires. Just straight out of the pan sometimes is enough! Hope you enjoy this very easy recipe.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
2 1oz. squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 1oz. squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/4 cup of all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate until smooth about 4-7 minutes. Stir in sugar, vanilla. Add eggs one at a time mix well. Stir flour, salt and mix until all ingredients are moistened. Spread brownie mix in pan 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out moist and crumbly
